Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Wallet top-ups & metered usage

Prepaid wallet balances fund metered usage (cost + markup). Consumed usage is non-refundable. Unused, unconsumed wallet balance may be refunded on request, less any fees and amounts required to be withheld, at our discretion and subject to anti-fraud checks. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Errors & disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, contact [legal contact — set LEGAL_CONTACT_EMAIL] within 30 days. We reconcile against our processor records and the double-entry ledger. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may lead to suspension.

SLA credits

Where a service-level commitment applies and is missed, the sole remedy is the service credit defined in that commitment, applied to the wallet.
