You may not use bnoula to:
1. Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or violate anti-spam, telemarketing, or e-privacy laws (e.g. recipient consent, opt-out honoring, sender identification).
2. Transmit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or harmful content.
3. Violate the privacy or data-protection rights of any person, or process personal data without a lawful basis and required consents.
4. Attempt to breach security, probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization; circumvent rate limits, billing, kill-switches, or access controls.
5. Use the Service for fraud, money laundering, sanctioned transactions, or any illegal purpose.
6. Reverse engineer, resell, or build a competing service from the Service except as permitted by law.
7. Overload or interfere with the Service's infrastructure or other tenants.
Messaging consent: You are solely responsible for having a lawful basis and recipient consent for every message you send, and for honoring opt-outs. Violations may cause immediate suspension and you indemnify us for resulting claims.
